Peter Kerr
C-Suite OKR Coach

Leading AuxinOKR’s engagement and coaching services, Peter draws upon his experience as a successful manager and owner of media and IT businesses. Applying both innovative and proven sales and marketing principles in a digital context, Peter is a widely read and in-demand speaker at business networks and university business schools in addition to delivering C-suite level OKR coaching to ambitious large and medium sized businesses. Peter is also a member of the International Coaching Federation.

Mark Richard
C-Suite OKR Coach

Mark has delivered practical and innovative sales and marketing leadership across a range of businesses including Unilever, the sporting goods industry and higher education. His interpersonal and blue-chip product management skills are particularly suited to simplifying the language and concepts of complex business challenges. As our in-house OKR champion Mark has the right background and experience to help clients develop OKR projects with focused, goal driven cross-functional teams.

David Anderson
OKR Systems Coach

David has been a sales and marketing director/business owner for most of his working life. As a qualified engineer, he is process-driven and has embedded software and business systems for major organisations across the UK. With over 15 years of experience as a business consultant, David is well-versed in the challenges companies looking to scale face. Using his knowledge and skills to ensure projects are well planned and executed, making sure clients are on the right path to success.

Oliver Deacon
OKR and Executive Coach

Oliver is a former Microsoft Finance Director, PCC Executive Coach (ICF) and Chartered Accountant (FCA with ICAEW). He has over 700 hours of coaching experience with clients of big tech companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google and Stripe. In addition to Microsoft, he has also led and coached international teams in Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies, including Skype, Best Buy Europe and Deloitte, taking his career across the US, UK and Europe.

Philip Crocker
OKR and Executive Coach

Philip is a Professional Credentialed Coach under the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an accredited Coach Supervisor. He started his career with HSBC in London, Paris (developing fluency in French) and Singapore. His specialism is in preparing the ground for change aligning senior leadership and the wider organisation with their purpose. He has experience of working in most sectors, enjoys variety and collaboration and seeing clients thrive. He is an accredited user of Click 360, Hogan, IWAM Management Motivation, using Myers Briggs MBTI and other tools where appropriate.

Piero has a strong track record of success in international business. A sales and marketing expert in both products and services. He has developed well-known brands globally and established trade in over 70 countries. Piero works with companies of all sizes at board-level — consulting and coaching teams across a range of disciplines. A qualified integrative psychotherapist, he brings unique perspectives to introducing and embedding OKR’s into an organisation.

Pradhumn Tripath

Pradhumn is a passionate Agile advocate and highly experienced Enterprise Agile Coach. He’s been involved with Agile methodologies since 2006 and possesses in-depth knowledge of Agile principles and practices. Having worked as a Product Owner, a Scrum Master, and a coach, building high-performing teams and delivering large-scale software projects in world-class organisations across banking, financial services, retail and aerospace.

Ciara Slack
OKR and Executive Coach

An experienced leadership and development consultant, Ciara has worked with a range of organisations delivering effective employee engagement solutions. She recently helped Invest Newcastle attract and embed high-growth firms into the city with a focus on fintech, digital and professional services. Ciara has a first-class honours degree in International Business Management and Spanish and is currently studying for an Associate Diploma in People Management with the CIPD.
